in China, anything is possible and nothing is too difficult to fake it

fake black garlic is too easy to manipulate ..... even a fake Apple shop is possible, selling genuine Apple products

That is a concern of course. What is your suggestion?

avoid it if it is sourced from China[/quote]There are a few brands in Singapore but they don't reveal the sources actually. Royal Black Garlic, Black Gold etc...

        Hi,

I have found a good source of black garlic in South Korea since I know a contact.

Have bought for myself, mother, brother in law, uncles and my friends…

Have been eating since february this year.

The effect is that my mother’s high blood pressure has become completely normal. Before that, even with the doctor’s first line medicine everyday, her blood pressure is still high occasionally or boderline. With black garlic, she is completely normal in with 80/120.

I found the medical paper published not long ago that proves that black garlic is, in fact, effective in controlling blood pressure. They have got 50 persons with uncontrolled high blood pressure and a placebo group. All 50 have high blood pressure despite medication from doctors already. After administration of black garlic for a period, the group that took BG has their blood pressure significantly reduced while the placebo group shows no reduction.

I manage to get from Korea at an extremely cheap rate. probably just 25-35% of the price you get in the market in Singapore. If anyone is keen, can PM me.

The proof that aged black garlic works for high blood pressure is in a new study published in 2010. I mentioned this in my previous posts.

              hello everyone,

I am reviving this thread to seek advice on treatments for reducing blood pressure for a friend.

Her diastolic pressure ( low reading ) is around 90-100 for a more than a month and on some days above 100. systolic pressure ( high reading ) is within normal range 130 about.

My friend also has sleeping problem, cannot sleep early but waking up very early. I think she only sleeps about 4 to 5 hours daily.

              Please share.

              Thank you.

I prepare a glass of celery juice + green apple daily for my DH who has high blood pressure. It has been two months now and we have yet to see improvements but my SIL and my DH’s colleague said from about 4 months onwards then there will be a visible improvement. So we are pressing on!

                  Thank you.

My friend drinks a glass of celery in the morning and another glass of star fruit juice in the evening for a few weeks but seems no significant improvement yet.

If taking celery and star fruit, make sure to wash with vinegar to get rid of the pesticide. These 2 are known to retain pesticides easily. Of course if you trust organic then get the organic versions.

Other fruits high in pesticide include berries : strawberries, blueberries etc
