my dd is in the afternoon session.morning she wake up late (9-10am).,see tv,do hw, pack her bag,get ready to school.
after she came from school,watch tv or draw or prepare her hw like show and tell.It happens when she on the computer for searching anything then she plays games.Then i asked her to shut down.The worst case is she gave it to bro.Her hobby is drawing, whenever she is free she just draw and color.She access iphone for to see how to draw something.My son is like ur son.I have to hide iphone. Everytime i set rule - no game for weekdays,somehow he started to play everyday.

How do u occupy yr P1 child's time after school? My DS in P1 hardly any homework, if any, he can finish in 15mins so he always ask to use the computer to play some games (i only let him play twice a week and only educational ones and only 1hr each time) but somehow he kept asking to use the computer, sometimes to check internet , sometimes to print out some worksheets to do etc. He is a \"gadget\" person...he likes all sorts of gadgets like phones, tv etc I am trying to restrict his time spent on gadgets but sometime he keeps wanting more. He only has chinese enrichment once a week so very bored in the afternoons. He is also not an outdoor person. stop swimming and tennis lesson as he refused to go. Yesterday, had a \"fight\" with him again as he wanted to play games as I let DS1 play (cos DS1 only play once a week or twice when he is free) for a while.DS2 just played on Mon.....

My DS in d afternoon session. So cm hm dinner, relax watch TV till 8.30.
Automatic HW time if no HW be revision time.. I die die set tis system so to min arguement over Wen to do HW n DS wanting mre time on PC / TV!!
Ready for bed ard 9+.! Nxt mornIng if i dun wake him, he can sleep all d way till 10+... so wake DS 9am, by d time dilly dally bfast..10am..fast Revision
Follow by lunch cum tv time..
Personally find setting a system v impotant.. Kids will tend know wat to expect nxt n minize argument n bargaining. Always tell DS wan to go arcade , mre TV time got to work fast n EARN it!

my DD will have her 2nd Show & Tell tmrw. this time she only wanted to use one picture. so it's a bit trickier for us to make her remember her cues. the 1st time she did very well. i hope this time will also be as good.

are what your kids doing yah? my girl R & R… school gives work to do - to read books, try to read 10 books for Eng and 4 books for Chinese… and do 2 book reviews ea yah… my girl digs out the old story books and re-read and completed the book reviews… wonder what are the books your kids are reading now?

gd morning club 2006!

my girl school never give any hw.I ask her to read a story sometimes.I think she reads one story so far.But we borrow some information books and read.
Nowadays I :roll: for her qns.
Ahe asked me whe we go out.
1)lightening kill the peoples right,why thunder never kill the people?

Any mummy interested to let their kid join a Chinese enrichment class? I’m trying to get a class for my twins but most of their timings not suitable. Centre willing to start new class if there are 4 kids.


Centre: Eduplus, Bishan 238 branch
Day: Fri
Time: 6:30pm-8:00pm

Note : my DS1 went there for P1 & P2 & seemed to have benefited.
