Personally I think it’s overpriced. Locals won’t really want to live there, too tiny for families. Any expats wanting to rent there...well they have several cheaper (older) options in the surrounding area.
Did u visit the showflat? I didn’t hear any news about the units being snapped up. Many people on overseas holiday.
And not even FH
-
hi guys, what are your thoughts on the massive number of condos unsold? do u think it will place downward pressure on the property prices in the future?
-
Not likely coz HongKongers are parking money into properties here as shield

Went to the show flat at One Holland Village
Impressed with the furnishing and even more impressed with the prices!
1 bedder about 1.4mil, 2 bedder about 2mil.
Many units were sold since launched at 30 Nov. -

Hdb will be a better choice in that case, if you want to stay close to amentities ,stay above mrt or mall , shops or market. Cheaper choice.
Looking back, the Poiz Residences above Potong Pasir MRT would have been a good buy. Too bad I missed that.
I think developers are hoping that Singaporeans will Chiong for all these mixed developments integrated with MRT. That has been the trend in recent years. Convenient mah.
-
Don’t read too much into the news until you really see prices coming down.
The only time I will consider getting a property is when the government relaxes the ABSD or loan requirement. Otherwise, all these news are just property developer making their agenda. They are profit driven, they will not look after the interest of the market or consumers. -
Now that Parc Canberra (EC) is coming up and PSF is estimated $1100-1200, does it make sense to still buy an EC in a ulu area or paying slightly more for a PC?

Recently we received a phone call from our current bank offering us to reprice our housing loan. This never happened before. Usually we have to approach them to reprice our housing loan. Why the sudden change in practice? :? Is the loan interest rate will go down badly so they want to lock us at higher interest rate? :scratchhead:

Good for you. You can Shop ard for the best deal. Don’t hv to jump to the 1st bank calling you now. They’re trying to be pro-active to capture retaining yr rather than hv u go to ano bank. Times like this, they can’t just sit back.
