Yes. I am considering if I wana try MGS during the Phase 2C. In a dilemma now as MGS is nearer to our place compared to HPPS.

I managed to enrol for HPPS in Ph 2A2 but as MGS is nearer and within 1KM, I am thinking if I shld give up HPPS to consider trying for MGS. Of course there is a risk involved. -

They're very different. Do you prefer an all-girls school or a co-ed one? A Methodist school or a secular one? One with an affliated secondary school or one without?Hi,

If you have sons, you may want to consider HPPS over MGS just so you save yourself the registration headaches later on. However if you only have girls I say MGS. simply because I prefer an all-girls environment and that it has an affliated secondary school. -
MummyFlo:
MGS only balloted for those staying 1-2km last year. U may want to gauge ur chances on the last day of phase2C. If no balloting within 1km, then quickly withdraw from HPPS and register in MGS. typical kiasu parent.

I am also wondering if academically is MGS better than HPPS. Wonder if its worthwhile to try the option beside noting that HPPS is a partial single session and MGS is nearer.

MummyFlo, go try the schools' websites. Can't expect to be spoon-fed all the time...
