In that case, let's hope for a high T score this year.

      Cheers,

Hi, i recently had a chat with a sch principal who was involved in psle marking, and she said maths paper may hv appeared easy but it was not, and EL paper was challenging. Another teacher friend said this year's maths paper \"was a killer, as usual\".

        Hi Verykiasu2010,

Yes, if the phone ring...means high chance the child will be one of the top students in singapore.

DS teacher told them , she will also call her class top pupil that day.

        Cheers,
        Leanne

Does anyone knows what time to report to school for the PSLE results collection? Can someone share the flow of events in school itself on that day? All schools have the same flow of events?

MOE will announce what time to report to respective school

the bonus is when the school calls your phone number well before THE moment in the same day

The COP will not be much different. It's usually plus minus a few points.

My child recently got injured in school. Some schoolmates were fooling around, and one of them fell on my child.

My child received serious injuries to the face and required stitches.
Medical bills amounted to roughly S$2,000.
Any advice on how i should handle this situation(to the school and the parents of the other child)?
                Thanks

Since the injury is sustain in Sch, U could compile the full set of Medical Bills and submit to the Sch to claim from insurance.

Some Years Back, My boy was standing in the Canteen after Recess, and was pushed by a group of Boys playing catching, Fell and injured his wrist. Sustain Hairline Cracks and Was on Sling for a Couple of Weeks.
We Submit the Original Bills to Sch and Claim from insurance.

                Funx3, Ms tay and verykiasu2010,

Thank you very much for your info. I'll file the bills and submit to the school insurance.

my camera caught THE MOMENT in the hall last year

no, waited in vain for the call ..... never come ..... :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

😉 😂 u only have 2 kids, otherwise , there is still a chance to wait for that auspicious call......

I was waiting anxiously for my gal to sms me her agg score while she was on stage,
since we, parents were not allowed to go to the sch hall.
                  Terrible waiting..... :frustrated:

Your dd was on stage. Top scorer for the school! :rahrah:

                    20-40 marks.

Actually there are still students getting 十多分 for prelimin... very weak student can only concernate on paper 1 to score.. paper 2 usually cannot make it or hoping for method marks only... so if the child really get zero I guess he/she already did his/her best... tried to write something but don't know right wrong...cos he/she did not want to leave blank....
He already do his best, struggling very badly.... probably the more he practise before his exam...the more confuse he is plus if the school did not cover much or prepare of them well...guess he was blank when he receive the math paper during the exam...it's very pitiful...

Normally such students will take the foundation papers right ?

Some still take normal paper.... but some are quite strong in paper 1... but got stuck in paper 2... usually unable to solve most question... I know my friend's kid can get 38/40 for paper 1 for paper 2 15/60... hence the kid pass for his maths....there are alot of different cases....

wow, the sch is so strict? I thought for most pri sch, on this very important day, parents will wait with the students in the hall. The sch should actually share the results with the parents. Why keep them away?

Hi Leanne, is your ds’s teacher going to call the top student in his sch or the top student of his class? I thought teachers are strictly not allowed to reveal any details at all before the clock strikes 12.
