Chung Cheng High Main V.S. Tanjong Katong Girls School V.S. Nan Chaiu High School V.S. Tanjong Katong Sec School
I can have the opportunity to chose 4 of them.
I am really dunno which is a better school.
Please help me. TIA

I am also considering to put Nan Chiau High as 1st choice. My boy gets 245 and NCHS is just 1km away from our hse.

Nan Chaiu is fu jian hui guan’s.

So, Nan chaiu’s building is more ‘chinese’ and nicer.

Hi. I am also considering Nan Chiau vs Nan Hua. Nan Hua is definitely better than Nan Chiau now, as NH has been a SAP school for many years already, and their COP is almost 10 points higher. But NCHS has potential. I attended the open house at NCHS today. From the students and the talks, can really see NH is better - more polished presentation, more confident students that speaks well.

A big consideration for me is also the distance. High chance we will go for NCHS because it is nearer. Another big plus is they will also start the enhanced arts programme.

Thanks for the advice!! Think I will choose Nan Hua because its nearer to my place and it sounds better

go go go for Nan chaiu High!! A lot of pupils :love: Nan Chaiu High Suddenly now. about 5 of my classmates put it as 1st choice!!! The COP will definately go ^^^!

My DS scored 236+2(HCL).....any advice on which 6 schs to select??i'm residing in yew tee area....tempted to go for NCHS but it's far leh...haiz....:(

I tend to think that NCHS will have COP much higher this year…I predict it to be ~238…

I don't suggest you to go to Commonwealth Sec Sch because you may not enter easily. But, i admitted this is a really good school, Please try to appreal.

Not sure if COP will go up or not. On one hand, there might be more applicants because of SAP and pure express stream. On the other hand, there are also 80 more vacancies, ie 320 in total.
