Now of course no vacancies... Only when the appeals at the top starts moving, then will the vacancies start opening up.....

I can't comment much on whether the chances are high or not. There are cases when people appealed to a sec school that has their score as the COP, but failed. There are also cases when people appealed to a sec school with a score 1 or 2 marks below the COP, and the appeal was successful.

Since the COP of many schools are raised this year ( including RV ), I feel that there will be more people appealing. However, there is no harm trying if you really want to get in the school.
