Looking for online resources for Sec 4 / O‑Level preparation

Hi parents,

Feeling a bit stressed as my daughter will be starting Sec 4 Express upcoming year. She struggles academically and budget is quite tight for in-person tuition.

May I ask if any parents can recommend useful online resources (e.g. question banks, videos, online platforms) that helped your child prepare for O‑Levels, especially for students who learn better at their own pace?

It’s a free site with the best possible resources your daughter can get her hands on. All the top students in schools use this site.

If she needs additional help, can consider tuition. Those low-cost 1-1 type, BUT the tutor will likely be someone who just completed o’lvls. Usually agar agar 25/hr. If need recommendation can dm me.

Hi @lifeiyu, for Math specifically, one thing that may help before choosing more resources is to first identify what kind of mistakes your daughter is making.

Sometimes students keep doing more TYS, but the issue is actually an earlier weak foundation, method choice, or repeated careless pattern.

It is meant to help students find the weak link first, then practise more deliberately instead of just doing more papers blindly.

Separately, for free resources, Holy Grail and TYS explanations are still useful. I’d use those together with a short diagnostic so your daughter knows which topics to prioritise.
