I enjoy eating them.  <br /><br /><br />I do not have crow feet at the moment <em>touch wood</em>.  l don’t apply moisturizer on my face as I hate that yucky oily feeling.  However my face skin is still taut.  Not sure if I might suffer the effects of not appyling moisturizer in my later life.But I do save a lot from buying skincare products.</p>

Suggest you speak to your doctor/podiatrist.  Yes, the insoles are very comfortable. You can take in collagen in any form - pig trotter, beef tendon, chicken feet, fish maw, shark cartilage etc. There are also tablet forms of collagen. They also add collagen in fruit juice and Vitagen and sell it more expensive.<br /><br /><br />My friend’s 80+yo dad walks around with no pain in his knees coz he eats pig trotters once every week. But that’s the older generation lah…<br /><br />But from personal experience, it’s the extra weight we carry that usually causes the pain. Losing weight is one sure way to alleviate the condition.</p>

Went to a polyclinic and the doctor prescribed medication to be taken over a few days.  Can't remember if it was like a week or so.  It is an inflammation so the medication helps  with that.  No physio for me but after taking medication, the pain went away completely.  Touch wood, it has been few years since that episode.  Like you, I always started the day with lots of pain and it gets better as the day progresses.  I didn't know what was wrong.  Took me several months before I went to see the doctor.  It was such an easy cure that I regretted not seeing the doctor earlier.  I recommend you to visit the doctor asap and if it is the same problem, you should be free from pain soon. Didn't realise it's a medical condition. I will ask her to see a doctor. Available at pharmacies.<br /><br /><br />This is better than the capsule or tablet versions. I personally took it and it was good. <br /><br />Aside from taking glucosamine, you can think of losing weight too. I lost 11kg and now have no pain even without taking glucosamine. <br /><br />An extra 1kg of weight = 5kg on your knees!</p>

Works for him. Thanks for the earlier recommendation.<br /><br /><br />Now I need recommendation too. <br />I experienced rather severe allergic reaction after taking GNC Glucosamine. Only took 3 tablets so far, on separate days, as I just began exercising recently. <br /><br />I suspect it's because GNC Glucosamine contains shrimp.
