K1 DD loved the first LC Holland teacher & was filled with joy after class. She said that this teacher unlike her Kindy class teachers did not ask her to \"shut up\" or ignore her but got her to participate lots in class. We never look back since signing her up for this whole yr and shall continue for next whole yr.


teachers are most important to the development of a child's interest to read.

Will recommend LC.

Hi Riboooon,

I put my DS in the foundations program since he was 3+ years old. There are differences between the foundations and the launchpad program. In the foundations my DS learn the first sounds of the words. DS also use the dot dot lines to trace over the words. I think this call the pre-writting skill, if I not wrong. While the launchpad program my DS learn the last and middle sound. More about phonics based. Their foundations program enable the kids to form strong fundamentals of the sound of words.My DS enjoy to learn as his teachers make the learning more interesting.

Currently for enrichment :- she’s w Shichida(Spingleaf, 1 year), Berries(>1/2yr), Christofori(>1/2 yr).Tot of withdraw her from Shichida as recently they’ve changed a teacher which we(5 mummies from d same class) tik tat she’s not connected(eyes always blink / closed), not as caring as the previous and inexperienced in teaching d class(even I flip the flashcards faster them her !). One of the mummies ever wrote to Shichida request to change teachers with all other mummies consents, but ended up nothing has been done. Furthermore, tik the Mgt told the teacher abt it and d teacher even say out bluntly after the class tat anything can feedback to her directly …


All of us so disappointed with them/ their style of handling parent’s feedback !!Any other recmd for enrichment class on mental arithmetic or phonics or other areas for a 4yo child ? TIA !!
