The teachers are patient with my child and us. I have been so worried to sent my infant to school as I really think they should have my care. But the teachers here are amazing. My child is always so excited to go to school. They take time to help him to achieve his development milestones and I have never felt more comfortable bringing him to school.

With the service, I decided to switch my elder children to Agape Little Uni @ Central as well. The teachers here had made things less stressful for my family. They never fail to update me on my children and always work towards my request.

It seems that Mdm Lee has left and Mrs Mohan is the principal there. Teachers turn over quite high. My boy is in K1 at Agape Cecil n his class was initially 16 kids now down to 9. Idk y the other parents withdrew their kids cos I canโ€™t communicate with any of them. The communication between the teacher and Myself also very minimal. Honestly I dnt knw if this school is good or not. Am wondering if I shd change my boy to learning vision at Cecil next year... any views? Tia

Does anyone have thoughts on Agape Little Uni @ Cecil and Learning Vision @ Cecil? We are looking at infant care for our son who will be about 6 months once he starts and after seeing a number of venues, weโ€™ve narrowed it down to these two but are finding it hard to decide and canโ€™t seem to find any reviews online. Would be great to hear any experiences which parents have had for either venue. Thanks all ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi there, the school is great, my 2 kids are there. The principal (Ms Jasmine) is very well-liked by the staff. Very low turnover there and teachers all seem very happy. She is also very proactive and sincere, and you can see that she will get her hands dirty with the teachers during outings and events.

I also find that the curriculum is very structured and well thought through. Before turning 5, my daughter started to read simple books unassisted. Her Mandarin also improved a lot as the teacher would take the initiative to print extra writing sheets to motivate the students.

Although some parents may think there is a lack of outdoor activity area, I think the priority is safety and learning for the kids. I previously placed my daughter in a school with an impressive looking indoor gym. End up, the staff all cannot supervise properly, high turnover etc (also because of poor management & culture). My daughter suffered a serious displacement of her arm and the staff all did not see what happened, and didn't give her medical attention! So please don't be bought in to those schools that charge sky high prices for a fun-looking playground...software is more important than hardware.

Hi, I have also shortlisted Agape Haw Par Technocentre too. We went for a visit and we quite comfortable but I prefer one that has outdoor activities.

Aside to the teething issues, we realised our son has been emotionally unstable after spending 1.5 months with the centre (poor appetite, unexcited going to school, behaving differently). We also noticed that most of the kids are now very obedient during assembly as compared to when the centre first operated 2 months ago.

Earlier this week, we went down to the centre earlier to pick up our son and saw it with our bare eyes all 3 Smart Toddler teachers were scolding kids (approx. 2 years old) who were crying. Regardless of crying reasons, we do not agree with scolding 2 years old kids to stop them from crying. Spoke with their VP, she actually agreed for their teachers to explore all options, which made us speechless.

While we are serving 1mth notice, we are keeping our son at home majority of the time, which we found he is much happier/active now.

If you are considering Agape / Agape@Compassvale, this is for your reference.

Hi. My nephew is in that center. I've not been there myself so it's just based on what I observed and hear from my bro and SIL. Seems like the teachers there are ok. My bro once shared a video of my nephew taken by a teacher. Seems like the teachers there are proactive in this aspect. The portfolio is thick and full of materials too (much thicker than the branch at Yew Tee). One thing bad abt it is that the air con is seriously cold and there's nth to be done abt it cos it's centralised air con. Have to bring jacket.
