dfferent Sakamoto branch :
charge costs differently, for the same level

example
Sakamoto Marine Parade, for P3 : charge $ 395, per Term

Sakamoto Hougang (HQ), for P3 : charge $ 80, per month

Sakamoto Bedok, for P3 : also charge another price


all same, in terms of timing : 1.5 hrs per lesson

If you use Sakamoto method to solve school’s test questions -
If you show the correct working step by step, do your Maths Tr in school still give you full marks, if your answer is correct ?

Or she herself doesn’t give you full marks, even though the answer is shown is correct -
just because the Maths Tr in school marking your paper doesn’t understand how Sajamoto method work, since this school Tr may not be trained in Sakamoto method in the first case ?

btw, Sakamoto method only start from P4 onwards.

We need to find out how receptive are Maths Tr in primary schools towards students solving Maths using other type of method to solve problems, apart from sticking to MOE conventional method of teaching Maths in schools.

K2 : 1 hr, $60/Mth
P1 : 1.5 hrs, $90/Mth (max : 6 kids)

Some centre charge $80/ Mth, bec max : 8 kids per group.
So for $10 less, they take in 2 extra kids.

Hi tiredmummy1972, I hv juz transferred my dd1 fr her previous tuition ctr to this sakamoto. Would like to get more info fr u regarding this ctr. I hv enrolled her for English n math classes. Their fee for P1 quite relatively cheap as compared to her previous ctr.

The first step is analyzing the problem, determining the essential facts from the question, and grasping the relationship of the data to each other. Here, the students organize and co-relate the information systematically in a tabular form. The second step is translating the information gathered in the first step into a linear diagram. The linear diagram will help the students determine and understand the logic behind the calculations that they must do in the next step. In the last step, students do the working and the calculations to arrive at the final answer.


Using the Sakamoto Math Method, students are trained to grasp the essence of the question and reduce it to a simple diagram formula.
