If you live in a condo and have a maid or have country club membership n a maid then no need to go and stay in Singapore hotel. However if you have to do all the household chores and you don't have nice swimming pool n gym to chill out, then a short getaway is a luxury.

why go n live in hotel in singapore so expensive?
hotel is for tour mah no proper house to stay for a short period.
