Anyone with kid in CHIJ? My Eldest is P1 now (2016) Born in 2009. Now comes the logistic problem and transportation problem in BP. Taking care of P1 after Primary school is a Challenge when there is not student care in the school. My helper will take 3 hrs from home go to Pri school n pick her and take bus with her to Student care opp my home and return to my home. Though all these 3 locations are less than 2km from one another. Hope can find alliance share same viewpoint that we can leverage and help each other for better lifestyle.
Think of how to solve this 3 hr helper issue.
Is there any home base(near blk225) student care which can pick my g from CHIJ and my helper go pick her around 5pm daily? Can intro? Looking for options to do things better. 🙂

E.g. Do the school's niche area and values match ur expectations for ur kid's education? Knowing what u hope ur kid would grow up to be would help answer this question.

may i ask how do you all choose primary school ??? just the nearest to home??

my personal opinion - If this is your first child registration, nearest to home would be the best for the child as the child don't have to wake up early and travel long distance. Alternative dad/mum old boy/old girl sch as priority is higher to get in.

My DS born in Aug, currently not taking any enrichment class nor swimming lesson. We stay in Bt. Panjang.

Everyday early in the morning so busy sending kids to & fro school and back home clearing their sch bags, make food for them. Don’t have much time left on our own, was wondering why you guys have time to send kids to enrichment class, etc. We have no maid, both working, stay on our own… was wondering why some parents have time to send kids to all those classes.
