So far for these 2 years, we had great support from my parents and my in-laws in picking him up after school. However, come next year, we are thinking of sending him to a student care arrangement instead.

What will the possibilities be to successfully get a placement mid way in a student care (assuming most start the arrangements since P1) and any tips in contacting the Student Care within Frontier? I tried calling the number in the website (Ms Adeline Chan Tel: 6333 6535) but find it difficult to get through. Also assuming getting a place at this student care not possible, would be great to hear any suggestions or experience from other parents.

Really appreciate any advice I can get from here.
Thanks!
