Except the school’s do reject for late application of parents volunteers</p>

Because from what u posted, is a clear sign that Rosyth is alerting parents that - <br /><br /> don't be hopeful,  because they can close (shut) down this PV anytime.<br /><br />So, don't waste  time, only keep eyeing at Rosyth only. Cast &amp; toss your fishing net wider into the deep sea. Some schools allow you to do it in 1 year, others in 2 years. You should confirm with PCPS the exact requirements and details. <br /><br />2. You should check with PCPS on the exact method of application. <br /><br />3. Daddy and mummy share one account, meaning daddy and mummy will contribute to the hours together.
