<![CDATA[Life after 2011 PSLE]]>Hi all, PSLE 2011 has come to an end. It has been an unforgettable journey, filled with heartache, excitement, anxiety and lots of laughter as well. The 2011 parents have been a really fun bunch, and not forgetting the ones who come here to spice things up as well (experienced and notti parents like vks2010, jtoh, etc).


Really miss those hippo and ostrich jokes; jtoh's :censored: fingers; Panda eyes...

The forum has been toooooo quiet lately! Let's come here and make some noise!!! ๐Ÿ˜‰ :evil:

Also, do share with us how life has been since results day. Hope we can continue to support and share ideas with one another! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Outstanding Achievement Award (Arts)
Shalynn Tsai Qi Yun is a student at the Gifted Young Violinists Course of Nanyang Academy of Fine Artsโ€™ School of Young Talents. In 2014, she had made quite a few achievements. These include winning the BJ Benjamin Music Competition in January, the honourable Platinum award at the SMTA International Performance Festival in June as well as the prestigious Orchestra of the Music Makers award at the SMTA International Performance Festival in June, winning the Silver award in the Singapore Raffles International Music Festival in August as well as being invited to perform in the gala concert.
Shalynn was invited to perform in the Vocal Associatesโ€™ 2015 production: Songbird Series 1โ€“All Bees Shall Come (Esplanade Recital Studio) and also sang for Mahler 8: A symphony of a Thousand; SG50 A Gift to the Entire Nation (Esplanade Concert Hall). She recently took part in the American Protรฉgรฉ International Vocal Competition 2015 and came in Second place, and is invited to perform at the prestigious Carnegie Hall on 26 December 2015.

So cute, just a few weeks ago, I saw CXH with her maid at Bishan library, with a booklist in hand. She and maid were both looking for books in the booklist. Presumably for one of the daughters. I suppose not for the secondary school daughter, since they were at the children's/young adults' sections. Very supportive mother!!!
