However we believe that it is just an arbitrary baseline for the teachers to decide who requires additional help and is definitely not considered as the pass/fail benchmark. Have not heard of anyone being asked to leave the GE program.</p>

They look at attitude of the child and feedback from teachers on performance and ability of the child. Which means if your child is getting 70 or above he/she is handling the rigors of the programme. If  the child gets less than 70, then the teachers may recommend some remediation. But the teachers dont just look at the score, they would also consider how tge child is doing in schoolwork, discussions, projects, attitude. It appears quite holistic.</p>

Automatically means it is not subject to their T-scores. It varies from year to year. I think it is very very rare that a Gepper got 23x for psle. I would say that most will get 250 and above. I don’t think 113 is the top academic class and if I am not wrong, girls taking MEP are all in 113. <br /><br />Being in Gep does not guarantee a confirmed offer for dsa. I knew of a few rejects. <br />Most of the geppers in my dd’s primary sch got above 260 for psle.</p>
