It just merely means that what he had done, in the eye of the law, might not be a case of corruption and thus the judge cleared him.<br /><br />I accept the verdict from the judge and hence, I agree that he is not a criminal.  However, the things that he had done is still unacceptable morally and ethically.  Giving him a second chance and let him return to NUS to teach?  Give him a second chance to show us that he will not get involved with female students again?<br /><br />No thanks.  Other Universities in other part of the world can give him that second chance.
