<![CDATA[Schools - Open House dates for Primary Schools 2009]]>Hi.

It's getting really stressful planning for our children's pri school enrollment. Other than looking at academic results, school's facilities are also very important. So I hope to visit some of the schools to check them out. Does anyone knows which schools are holding open house event for parents to visit? CCPS is holding one today, from 6:30pm - 9:30pm.

Will appreciate greatly if anyone can provide more information. Thanks!

Zhenghua Primary School’s Open House and Arts Festival will be held in conjunction with Bukit Panjang Community Racial Harmony Day on Friday 24Jul.

Xingnan Primary School’s Open House is on 18Jul, featuring concert items by CCAs and school tour.

St Gabriels Primary School’s 11Jul open house programme is modified. The carnival portion is cancelled. School Tours & Principal’s Talk will remain.

As far as I know, most Open House are either cancelled or postponed due to the H1N1 pandemic.

Guess the schools do not expose their pupils and staff to unnecessary risks .
oh yes! i forgot... my school also cancelled a lot of events. 👅

Truly fun fair and fund raising day. There is a lady who briefed us on the P1 registration phases and explain to us on the allocation. You can also find home within how many km to the school. But not all schools have open house, actually I find it useful to hv one so that you get to see how life is like for that school and if the environment is what you like. You also get to mingle with the students and teachers. :shock:
