After a few books, kids may figure out the way it works or simply through repeatedly exposed to the same equation, they remember. <br />Nlb also has this multiplication DVD The Time Tables Adventure. May be a bit childish for p2. But rather entertaining if kid doesn't mind. <br /><br />Start small.<br />2,3 times table memorize<br />50% of 4 times table is an extension of 2 times table. Only at P2, then they need to memorise the times table. <br /><br />Now that she is in P2, she starts to memorise her times table. At this age, she is more matured and can memorise easily. At the same time, she also understands what she is actually memorising. Her tutor made her memorise by singing songs. She sings them to us after every tuition class. <br /><br />Unlike my days, when my parents made us memorise with a cane on hand. Haha.</p>

Cannot remember the shop's<br />name but they have quite a number of kiddie toys and stuff plus some<br />learning materials as well. Dunno whether the shop is still there or not<br />&amp; they do not carry full or all titles under the ROCK &amp; LEARN catalogue.<br /><br />Popular used to have bits and pieces of the ROCK &amp; LEARN series as <br />well, but again selective stores and selective titles only. <br /><br />I chance upon mine i think it was at Bugis Junction. It is very near to <br />the counter selling Watermark pens or something.. again they do not<br />carry all titles under the series.
