Secure the seat first. <br /><br /><br />Then during 2C, on the 3rd day, see whether u will have a good chance to get a guaranteed seat for your distance. If yes, then u need to withdraw in person from the 2B school, and rush over to the 2C school to register.<br /><br />It’s a risk you have to take. Any x number of other applicants could appear in that time window between your withdrawal and traveling over to the 2C school.<br /><br />If you end up having to ballot for the 2C seat, at least have a 2C(S) school u like for backup.</p>

Nanyang is a bit further, but River Valley Primary is slightly further than 2 km from where we live.<br /><br />Can anyone shed some light here?
