Hi pinball, sorry for the late reply, just back from vacation today. For P6 SA1, even if u r taking HCL, it is still a must to take CL, compulsory for all pupils. For DSA application, CL marks is required for overall percentage computation. As for HCL, shd hv some advantage if u r applying for SAP schools.[/quote]

You are not alone. I had the impression as pass/fail grade too. But the report book aggregated all the scores of the 5 subjects.

Somehow my brain has never registered this until now. I had the impression that SS is only a pass/fail grade. Sigh, my brain must be playing tricks on me. Should change my nick to blur mummy. 😓
