Best is you do parent volunteering from this year, and move within 1 or 2km to increase your chances for phase 2B.

My daughter was from KCPPS, just graduated last year.. very good experience.. teachers are kind, the Principal is really caring and unassuming. She was overseas on a MOE trip in UK i think , different time zone.. but still make it a point to wake up like 2-3am in the morning to talk to the parents and students over zoom on PSLE results release day last year.. My girl is born 2018 and I really hope she can attend a primary school with caring and kind environment rather than a school that is too stressful. I was a KCPSS student and I felt I enjoy the culture there. Some reviews mentioned kcpps is a kind school with very kind teachers ?

I moved from Punggol to Bishan st 12 this year for my girl to be 1KM away from kcpps. What’s the chances of getting in ?

I believe I needed to register under 2C ?

p.s: I’m looking at Mayflower primary or Paya Lebar Methodist Girl as my alternative (not sure how’s the stress level is at thou)

Hi , I actually applied for Pa volunteer few months ago ( didn’t do my homework so I only applied few months ago) no news on the volunteer part. Yes , their PV is next year . Haha . Not too worry now as I have planned to register kcpp under 2A . Will alumni confirm get in under the new system ? Thanks !

After reading the above comments, I feel I should really consider to send my son to KCPP ( 2 years later). My dh was a former-KCPP . We are staying in Serangoon north and initially we would like to apply for PV and GRL for Rosyth . We know how oversubscribe in this school this year ( and actually every year) .

However, recently I have also heard that the recent new PSLE system had affected my friend's daughter and luckily she had a affiliated primary school as a backup. Thus, recently we have a second thought of getting a affiliated school. Affiliated school that is within my 1-2km - only holy innocent .Then we went to check that actually KCPP is even better than Holy innocents. !

After seeing all the sweet deals mentioned, i am really aiming to send my son to KCPP..He has another 2 more siblings and my fil is staying in Bishan too.

I am also looking forward to more recent review on this school too. Please pm me if you prefer to pm .
