It's 100%. Problem is, no idea how that would change tomorrow. If more people come onboard, it will really be dependent on the distance priority.

All PR sure in at Phase 2C

Queenstown Primary had balloting for SC in Phase 2C in 2018 & 2019. No chance for PR at all. With new flats around the area TOPing soon, less chances for PR going forward, imo.

There are a lot of new BTO plus new condos TOP around that area. I wouldn’t be so sure.
