He just let his Phase 2B (PV) opportunity lapse, on that Phase 2B day he was due to register his K2 son, into this primary school.<br /><br />Do u have any friend as a PV, inside this school ? You can go &amp; ask them,  what they observed inside this primary school. When u are a PV, u can see some things, which outsiders do not know (nor see). <br /><br />Don't just look at the lower primary level ( 1 and 2 ) only, just because your son is entering into P1 admission. But, also look at the Upper primary level :  P5, P6. Your friend could have seen something he didn't like or maybe something else happened.  We do not know, and can only guess at the situation. I am flabbergasted why someone would chose to give up on this school and go to RS in the east without any affiliation. Grab hold of this primary school due to its affiliation with the secondary. The recent PSLE and O level exam results have shown better improvements with each passing year, resulting in lower COP into preferred secondary or JC.</p>

You and your spouse are both working full-time at the time the declaration is made.<br /><br />2. Your child is under the care of a grandparent or a parent's sibling.<br /><br />How to make a declaration<br /><br />The declaration can only be made online, and you will need to have a valid Singpass with 2-Factor Authentication (Singpass 2FA). Find out how to register for a Singpass 2FA if you don't have one.<br /><br />One parent is required to submit the online declaration form and upload the relevant supporting documents. <br /><br />Declaration period: From 9am on Monday, 28 June 2021, to 4pm on Thursday, 5 August 2021<br /><br />Processing time for declaration to be processed: Please allow at least 3 working days for your application to be processed.<br /><br />You are strongly encouraged to make your declaration early. You must receive the approval email from MOE before you can register your child for P1 using the caregiver's address. <br /><br />If you need help with the declaration, you can refer to this guide(636KB).<br /><br />Documents required<br /><br />You must upload all of these documents when making the declaration:<br /><br />- NRICs of both parents.<br />- NRIC of caregiver — child's grandparent or parent's sibling.<br />- Documents showing the relationship of parent and caregiver (such as the birth certificate of a parent, to prove the relationship to the child's grandparent, or the birth certificate of the parent's sibling, to prove the sibling relationship).<br /><br />You must be prepared to produce additional supporting documents, upon request.<br /><br /><u><u><b><b>If balloting is required<br /><br />If the caregiver’s address is within 2km of the school, your child will be balloted together with those of the same citizenship living between 1km to 2km of the school. Does it apply for whole primary school?</blockquote></blockquote>I believe it’s because the boys (P3-P6) have their CCAs on Fridays from 7.30-9.30am. So the lesson time is pushed back, making the school day end later.<br /><br />For the P1 and P2s, they don’t have CCAs yet, but during the same time slot, they will have their PAL activities (read more at: <a href="https://eresources.nlb.gov.sg/infopedia/articles/SIP_2019-01-28_140734.html">https://eresources.nlb.gov.sg/infopedia/articles/SIP_2019-01-28_140734.html</a>)<br /><br />So the 3.30pm dismissal timing applies for the whole school, although the school may have made special arrangements for the Muslim boys, if they need to go to the nearby mosque for Friday prayers.
