Hi all, I'm an old boy (1989 at SABS previously) and have submitted the application and cheque. However till date i haven't received any response via email ( i've sent an email to AnthonianAlumni2016@gmail.com ) and my cheque is not cashed yet.

Wondering what's the issue and if there is any alternative channel to join the alumni.
Frankly, even if you aren’t enroll in time, it’s not a big issue. St Anthony won’t ballot in Phase 2A2.

Oh! Don't know that caregiver route will be in 1-2km instead. Sure need to ballot.

Rejected as in you get balloted out? Then, you will have to apply with another school in the subsequent phase, provided the school still has vacancies.

Both me and hubby are catholic and my gal is going to be baptisted soon. Are we eligible to register under phase 2B? I went to that school once, and I like the the students there. They are well behaved and polite. The school staffs are all friendly as well. I asked the office people if there is a priority if I am Catholic? She told me no. And as I stay 1-2km from school, no sibling no alumni ..if I apply under phase 2c sadly to say there is no hope. Which I agree when I see the statistics.
You qualify for phase 2B registration. Depends on the school, some schools just need parents, some parents and the child. To play it safe, just submit your husband's, child and you own baptism certificate during registration.

SAPS definitely safe at 2B for 1-2km. Hope this helps.

As far as I understand, there is no parent volunteer scheme in SAPS last year. So, the other way to qualify under Phase 2B is either the child, or mom, or dad has to be baptised Catholics. The baptism cert is required.

Phase 2C is open to all, distance matters. Last year there was balloting for SC within 1km of school.
