It’s not really advisable to use that because it will eventually cause constipation for me. Though it stop the diarrhoea.</p>

I find that drinking 100 Plus or any other isotonic drink helps when the diarrhea problems start to dehydrate me.</p>

Just drink the water, don’t eat the rice.  After that don’t eat anything.  Except drinking the WATER of the the plain porriage. <br /><br /><br />I tried numerous time, and it work for my whole family!!!  Mostly within one day, recover liao.</p>

Avoid acidic foods like fruits too. Best is to fast (but keep hydrated) for 24 hrs, then eat only bland fat-free food (plain porridge or toast) for another 24 hrs.</p>
