It's just the temperature. The humidity is quite low these days. That's why no rain.

Anyway, I may walk on my thread mill more now as I just found out they revamped the software interface to make it more competitive for people by showing the people who have the highest distance walked. Sorry... I'm just a competitive old fool 😆

Told him to just jog on threadmill since gym is just nearby but he said the exp is different :slapshead: Also trying to minimize going outside when app says air quality at an unhealthy level. Either covid and haze will make us wear masks again 😢
Lol. I've been doing my daily 5km walks outside. Don't see any haze or anything at all. If I start dropping down dead, you'd know what happened 😂

If I’m asthmatic, I’ll worry abt both Covid & haze. But coz I’m generally fine, Covid is more fearful if it returns in revenge this cold season in the North-East. If severe enuf to hv lockdowns again, then haze might less as ppl not able to farm or clear land via burning?

To me these are the signs of human frailty (some look at it as sins of mankind) as we’re dependant on the Creator & end world, if u believe in the beginning of Creation & it’s end.

If u look at men subjected to pandemic & limited lifespan, declining economy & world order, growing protectionism & moving away fr globalization, etc, mankind will be running out of options someday. Just when is that happening?

That time is better right, just talking abt the air & pollution. But then economy will be bad many people's livelihoods may be affected..so choose one of the two haha.. and read recently that covid cases is going up..so is both bad thrown to us now :sad:

Dds were inside a room with aircon and purifier, but with the door left opened. So far still feel ok. But can tell actually quite hazy when went out out this morning.

So far I have remained unaffected despite being out and about and leaving my windows and doors open. :xedfingers: PSI in my area is has been in the moderate range.


Usually when the haze is bad, my eyes are the first to be affected.

We had a few years of respite from the haze but now it is back. We will just have to deal with it and take the necessary precautions.

Yes, we have windows closed and purifiers on for a number of days. Actually, can alr feel the heat coming before seeing the haze :gloomy:

Those with eczema started showing already for two weeks.

Sigh. When was the last time we had severe haze problems? I don't remember anything in recent memory of the last few years.
I remember in 2013 June, the situation was horrible. Visibility was so bad, cannot ses next block. For a period of time, we were advised to wear N95 and stock was low then. Hope we will not have to go through those days again.

Get yr air-purifier to work for you. You’ll need to clear yr system quickly before it affects u deeper.

My gfrd was having difficulties breathing as her trachea was narrowing hence quickly hit for A&E. Can be life threatening.
