Some of them are returning Singaporeans and want a longer adjustment period. Some might have medical reasons for wanting a slower pace. As such, <br /><br />- IB (ACSI) has lowered from COP 5 points to 4 points nett,  for admission.<br /><br />- IB (SJI) has lowered from COP 7 points to 6 points nett,  for admission.<br /><br />===========================<br /><br />Is not easy to score 4 points or 6 points, nett. Thus,  students who are keen to pursue IB curriculum instead of A-level, <br /><br /><br />1) it may be  easier to get into IB, at PSLE time (aged 12), <br /><br /><br />2) perhaps easier to seek transfer, at the end of Sec 2 into IB (ACSI / SJI), than to solely<br />depend (rely) on your O level results.</p>

The boarding Sch smelled a bit musty but couldnt be helped cos of its age. In recent years, I heard the Sch building roofs were leaking etc and maintenance was not properly carried out. Maybe that’s also the reason for its recent decline in popularity (charismatic principal also retired I think).</blockquote></blockquote>If is physical premises that need to update, NJC can always renovate her school premises, by shifting the students out to a temporary site.
