Hi optipooh,

My DD1 has recently joined eir P4 class too. At e moment, IM pretty pleased with eir materials. My DD seems to enjoy her lessons too. Her tr happens 2b e founder. She said tat she's pretty stern but able to control e class. I can't comment on improvement in results yet as she had only attended 3 lessons.

IM still waiting for enough students to start a new writing class for my DD2 (P1).

May i know the name of the prinipal? Is it AMK or Serangoon. Thank you.
Mrs Pauline Ong (founder) own both branches of Success :-
One at block 524 Serangoon North Ave 4 (tel : 6484-6028), plus another
branch at block 342 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1. (Tel : 6451-3382)

a)
for English Paper 1 (Composition / Creative writing) :-
Is the same set of questions, at both centre

P1s goto P1 Compo class
P2s goto P2 Compo class

for Composition / essay writing : -
cannot combine (P1s & P2s) together


b)
But for English Paper 2 (cover Grammar, Vocab, Comprehension, Cloze passages):-

There is a difference, in the two centre(s).

Serangoon North branch :-
combine (P1s & P2s) together, in the same class.
similarly, also combine (P3 & P4) together.

But Ang Mo Kio branch : strict :-
cannot combine
separate P1s from P2s

P1 goto P1 class
P2 goto P2 class

Thus, for English paper 2 :-
questions set for the two branches, are different.


perhaps check which timing more suitable ?

The essay must be completed in class, not allowed to bring home.
Bec tr want to train students, to be able to finish writing essay, in class.
Tks for sharing. May I know what's the total duration? 2 hrs includes the brainstorming of similes, etc?
