I’ve been there once in early June, it was raining all days we stayed. I think you need to go slightly later. And there’s tour bus to go there. The bus up the hill was quite bumpy. To me i find it not worth to spend so much to go there, might as well do a ski trip in Korea. Where you confirm can see the snow and have a good ski.
