My last round was in 2020 and doc suggested I re-do in a few years' time bec I didnt clear my bowel properly. I could even see veg and rice inside  :oops: <br /><br />This time I was determined to follow strictly to the instructions on what to eat and what not. Yesterday, went to make the booking at the Grand Pacific Hotel on Victoria Street. I am going for the concert at the Sand Theathre - the best of Kitaro world tour in Singapore 2024. It felt dark and greasy. I rmbr the ginseng chicken soup! We did the Lotte World &amp; lots of rides until head very giddy. One year we did the solstice in winter at the Gyeongbokgung Palace &amp; took pictures when Guard Changing time comes so we had warriors on both sides of our pics.
