Do not just ask the General Admin staff, because they may not be in charge of the Transfer process.<br /><br /><br />If VP reply no vacancy, then ask VP : when  is a good time to Transfer ? (joined due to cca and did not consider the distance). i want to ask if i want to transfer schools, what are the exact procedure? do i call up the school for vacancy first? who do i contact first? is it a good idea to transfer at sec 3? For me i have no problems adapting to a new environment and i’m quite open, but i want to hear some advice! thank you</p>
