From what I understand, you can also purchase the express queue ticket. There are even VIP tickets where you do not need to queue at all. Express tickets still require you to queue, just that you queue in the express lane which is slightly faster, estimated waiting time probably about 30mins.

now there is even VIP ticket? money talks.
express ticket used to be a much shorter queue since not many would be willing to pay extra. i guess i must be a mountain tortoise now.

evening tickets getting expensive? peak period? it's hard to enjoy when it gets dark. $10 meal voucher will get you a chicken rice from the food court...the last time we were there (june this year), hubby bought chicken rice with the voucher.


Typically, in the evening, there are less people and queues for rides are very short or some has no queues.

Alternatively, if you intend to go to USS 2-3 times per semi-annual basis, then get the 6 months pass, as 2 trips in 6 months will cover the cost of the ticket. And you get to go in via the priority queue at the entrance.

This is a really last minute arrangement to have our very first family outing before school holiday ends, something for all the siblings, cousins and grandmother to have some fun with the grandchildren.

In another word, it is only worth to purchase the Express Unlimited if we are going to take repeat rides so to save time on the queue.
& if the adults & old folks are just there to see see look look, then really no point to buy the express unlimited, right?

Since the tickets are expensive and there are 13 of us (2 children & 11 adults), need to find ways to save on the tickets.

After this special period USS will operate the normal time.
