However, they also look at the bookings for the day, taking into account which hotels to pick up the guests as they need to factor in time to travel to a few hotels to pick up guests. I understand that they use the major international and domestic flight timings to work out the schedule as it's not efficient nor cost effective to run one bus shortly after another. <br /><br />The bus starts operations at 5am or thereabouts, so all guests taking the early morning flight will take that 1st bus out. No jam in the morning and pretty smooth. I don't recall it being a rush at all except that we had to assemble at pick up point about half an hour (I think so; memory failing me   :sad: ) before. It's was very early and cold and my kids were kind of grouchy and weren't fully awake so the wait seemed quite long before the bus appeared. But otherwise, it was ok. I find it convenient.
