I undergo colonoscopy screening regularly for possible colon issues. For people at risk, I highly recommend them to get colonoscopy too, even if they don’t feel any symptoms atm. You know, just to be sure. The clinic I go to is Colorectal Practice. The procedure is mostly painless, just a bit of discomfort. If anyone here is afraid of having a colonoscopy, you can visit Colorectal Practice; they are all nice there, especially Dr Dennis Koh.</p>

The taste is quite funny. After a few drinks, your mum would need to go toilet. A few days before drinking, she would need to avoid some food (i forgot the list and pls follow). She needs to pass motion until passes only clear liquid. This would indicate her intestines are clean for a good view by the doc.<br /><br /><br />During the process, only slight discomfort when the scope is inserted into the anus.<br /><br />After the process, she will rest for a while; milo/biscuits being served and thereafter can return home.</p>

He assured me no worries as these cells take many years to grow into real cancer and so don't need to do it so often.<br /><br /><br />I liken cancer will be as common as a flu in the near future with the aging population and so to game it is to discover it early, meaning do go for your medical check ups annually or once every two years. Keeping weight within ideal zone is what one can do best for himself / herself. Overweight is one of the key factors that puts the body under inflamed state continuously and thereby weakens immune system and allowing cancer cells (that we all have) to rear their ugly heads to form the real tumour/s.<br /><br />Minimise sugar - that's the least everyone can do for herself/himself (I am 'anti-sugar' and all my kids / grand kids drink hot beverages without any added sugar).
