And I was so restless. I realise that I am most likely heading into menopause so started reading up about how to manage menopause symptoms. I hardly take any supplements but since then, I am regularly taking EPO, magnesium supplements and multivits with ashwagandha and st john's wort.<br /><br />I still have my monthly flow and like some mentioned, the cycle is shorter. 25days or less. There were times when a couple of days before my menses start, I experience hot flashes followed by cold flashes at night. For me I am not the kind who perspire a lot so when that happens, I just become kind of clammy but there are those who say they sweat so much that their clothes are soaked.
