I thought so too, hence I recommended tk (gs or ss) as 1st choice and stc 2nd. I dont think all the other 13-pointers will be going straight to stc as first choice. I am sure many would put a 12 or an 11 school first.

An affiliation advantage can turn out to be a disadvantage when one becomes overly risk averse.
