Secondary students who took Higher Chinese at O Levels are exempted from taking Mother Tongue if they progress to Junior College. Thus, these students who are exempted would have a lighter workload over the course of 2 years in Junior College..[/quote]

H1 CL (or O Level HCL) may be included in the computation of the rank points (RP). If included, RP will be rebased to 100 and then multiplied by 90. Local autonomous university will consider the higher RP.
