            Yes, you're right.
            last year, no balloting for (1 to 2 km).
            They absorb all SC staying within 2 km.
            but those beyond 2 km - no chance.


            last year (2012) Phase 2B :-
            Fairfield Methodist had places only for Singapore citizenship children - residing within 2km of the school. No balloting was conducted.

            62 registered, 32 places

              Sorry but its 1st time I am reading this.... so based on last yr trend, it simply means if I have priority under 2B but more than 2 km.... I can don't even bother to try cos I won't be get a chance to ballot, let alone to even think of get in?

                        I asked them but they say they don’t keep track of the numbers.
                        Just asked me to check moe website at the end of the day.
