Plenty. But you need to take time to sniff out activities. E.g. Some organisations do not want 12 /13 yr old helpers. Some have conditions tied to d CIP Letter.

Looks like we are going to try flag days in JUNE.

Flag day was enjoyable. It is a gd activity to volunteer and get CIP points.

          Hi

The Spore Childrens Society is looking for volunteers for their flag day on 3 Aug.

            Hi,

My boy is in Sec 2 this year in Maris Stella.

Can someone share with me tips on how to excel in the examinations at year-end so that he can go to the best class next year?

            :thankyou:

              Hey Go Up,

What class is your son in? I'm also in Secondary 2.

For examinations, i would usually study 2-3 hours daily, practice more and try to ask the teacher for consultation or remedial lessons. Do consistent work and there will be no problem in scoring an A1. Don't be too stressed up over which class he will be going next year, just let him do his best and that's all that matters.

              All the best for SA2!

              Regards

                Hi.

Just wanna ask… I am in a fix as to whether I should take Triple Pure Science or just stick to a Double Pure Science. I will be Sec 3 next year (2014) and would like to know the benefits of taking Triple Pure (including Pure Biology).

Is Pure Biology really that important? Please let me know ASAP.

Plenty of CIP Opportunities during the school holidays

Flag day, sports events volunteers, NLB, salvation army, participating in charity runs or walks

Abit expensive and im still unconvinced about the need for a mac book
