Yes Jade employment I guess is a new maid agency.

But their service is good and keep updating me with the process. Even right now they did call and follow up with me about my current maid.

Answer to walnut question: I hired a fresh Myanmar domestic helper. The pay is $470.

              Go for http://www.bestmaidemployment.com/

Look for Iza. They are very pro-employers and will go all the way to help you. They are flexible and will nego with maid and gives employer the best package (salary/off days/handphone)

When I have problem with my Myanmar helper, they always help to counsel and even get the Myanmar agent or a translator in Singapore to help you.

They will address your issues immediately.

Monalisa, how much is the agency fee?

              Their agency fees is $688

I just switched from A Pratamas to Bestmaid for personal reasons and I’m glad I did.

Iza and her boss Raj are really great! They actually help match me to a maid that can handle my job specifications and not just anyhow hantam one. Eg, they suggested Indo as opposed to Myanmar as I had 3 kids that the maid had to look after, suggested one maid over another due to the experience. Best part, I got my maid about 9 days after I confirmed her.

Their fees are reasonable and they are quite prompt to answer all my queries. They are also very willing to help iron out any differences with the maid and negotiate with the maid on your behalf. I would recommend this agency.

Please note though that I got an experienced maid. I can’t vouch for the standard and training of new maids as that would be done by the Indo agent.

Seems like newer agencies are providing better services than old timers now… glad to hear personally i have just tried Raffles Employment services at Jurong east …so far i am happy…. last time i used to go to the more established agencies but no point, they won’t listen to you when you have problems.

Yes agreed to Diana that agencies in Indonesia don’t train their maids, unless they come from proper training centres, thats what my agent shared with me….but my agent brings in the fresh maids and train herself personally for 1 week then send to employer house. Like mine also came fresh but wasn’t blur kind.

Does BT maid employment only deals in myanmar and indonesia maids? I’m looking for one that can take care of disabled and elderly but not afraid of dog.

I got my maid from Eelit Placement @ katong. It’s being a year now and the service is still good. Agent and I became friend cos I call her every now and then to chit chat or ask for some advise on maid’s issues… more of the latter… hahaha. Hope she doesn’t find me bothersome. Anyway, her service is good cos I referred quite a number of friends and relatives to her and all no complain. If anyone keen, can call her at 82227346. Her name is Sherly. Good luck!

Yes... smaller agency seems more bothered when we face problems. Last time I took from Nation and some another agencies... can't remember the name and every time I complain about the maid, they would ask If I wanna replace the maid. -_-\"

Indo maids if go thru proper ones from Jakarta, proper trainings are provided. Heard from my agent those travelled in from Batam are usually thru \"by-left\" way. So no proper or zero training. But can arrive very quickly.
