Thanks for the information. I have tried that but it wasn't working either. I suspect they have lost my profile in their system. My kids were able to log in just fine. Anyway, I have written an email to them for assistance.

DD struggle in year3 in her Chinese. Can anyone recommend chinese tutor?? Went to year 3 talk last Tuesday, seems like a fun n exciting year ahead, but I see DD so busy until she doesn’t even have time to communicate w us nor go out to get her CNY clothing…I dun have time even if u go to the moon… That’s what she told me…is it so much homework really??? Remember change to 'login as a parent' and follow the below steps.

1. login the portal using your child birth cert or IC number.
2. Click on 'Links' and you will see 'Ntrix for Parents'
3. Click on that you will get it.
