I did Herbal hair treatment at my hair salon to cover my white hair. To me, it is like Henna but with some chinese herbs in it. Lots of herb smell. After putting the 'henna', they will steam my hair. It takes about an hour 15 mins. Herb type will take longer to cover the white hair.

Yes - I heard about this..it's a chain of saloon (forgot the name) and i saw the colours are somewhat like henna.....for me, don't want to sit there for an hour and a half.......rather wrap my head and go home to wash off myself...!

tried the Pilfood shampoo and seems like there a reduction in hair loss during shampooing. That's quite a +.

I had been losing hair since DS1 was born almost 16 years ago. Recently, I tried a new thing. Very simple, just make sure that when I shampoo, I scrub and massage my scalp for at least 30 seconds.

Works like a dream! That’s for helping me stop the loss after 16 years of losing! Try it!

            Hi,

I use pilfood on a daily basis. Sometimes being lazy, I just put the shampoo and rinse. I feel that it's better if I try to massage for awhile before rinsing off thoroughly. The hair feels alot cleaner that way and less residual. Not sure if you've tried this.

Alternatively, how about using it on alternate days???

              Kiasimom,

I am using Garnier Neril Anti-Loss Guard Shampoo, conditioner and hair tonic. My hair became thin aft giving birth to my DS. My mom uses that and it seems to work for her. She has quite a thick head of hair for her age.
May I ask where did you buy your Garnier Neril Anti-Loss Guard Shampoo, conditioner and hair tonic? Thanks.
