I am very surprised. If they register under phase 2b, that means that they hve volunteered for 40 hours. A lot of commitment. If they withdrew and go ALPS, really means something is holding them back. They shd be situated within 1km from zhangde and ALPS or even Radin Mas. Wish them luck cos by 2C supplementary, not many school with vacancies left. It is a very tough decision.
They could be grassroot leaders, not necessarily PVs. -
Unlikely grassroot, if they are keen on ALPS, would hve registered there under earlier phase 2b instead of risking the uncertainty in phase 2c.

Blur mum is right. One of them did volunteer work at Zhangde. Not sure abt the other one though.

Unnecessarily create stress for the rest of the parents
-
U bet it is. But they hv the choice to do so. One of them was contemplating n made the decision when the husband came to join her. Then she came to the room to announce to everyone that she is sorry to put all within 1km into balloting because she has decided to apply. The rest of us were crest fallen.

This is quite selfish decision. Make the other 3 students in danger.
-
It will be good if parents can make their decisions early.

Well to be fair, even without this parent , it will also go into balloting because another set of parents came quite late to register. -
I had wanted to monitor till like 3.45pm to register but decided to do it earlier. I told my hubby, we need to give the 1-2km parents chance to react in the event that they hv no chance to ballot.

I agreed with Win36, if these 3 parents can decided earlier, other parent still have chance to withdraw and not to missed this 2C golden chance. And now they are danger to go for other school end up may not got a decent school which nearer to their home. These last 3 parents are really selfish if they were purposely waited until very last minutes.
