      Hi,

I am also looking for someone who is able to fetch my kids from PEPS at 1.30pm (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) & 2.30pm (Wed) to our house in Toh Guan.
      PM me, thanks.
      Hi hi
The school bus does provide route to Toh Guan. Did you check with them?

The school bus comes early in the morning despite a short journey.

If I bring them to school, we will enjoy more sleep.

As a working parent, I can’t fetch them.
As concerned parent, I do not want burden the elderly folks or the kids to take 2 buses to go home on their own.

          Yes, same situation here.
I only do the return trip for school bus for my kids. Of course, they only deduct 5 dollars for each kid for the single trip per day.
I send them to school as well.

              This thread is so quiet…

I just registered my gal for 2016 P1 intake. Any parent here same as me ? Perhaps can share why u choose PEPS over the other popular schools in BB like Keming and St Anthony’s ?

I actually registered for St Anthony which is nearer to my place, but the school called on the 30 July to inform balloting is required for SC <1km. Thus I withdrawn and go down to PEPS to register for my gal.

I choose PEPS partly because of the wide range of CCA, and my niece is studying there as P3.
The school only has places for SC children residing within 2km of the school in phase 2C. So my gal will be going to PEPS next year 🙂

                  Hello Jaz1612,

Happy to meet parents of P1s for PEPS…

What are the chances of the balloting for SC < 1km for St Anthony’s ? Not worth trying ?

Actually I was aiming for Pei Hwa but for SC> 2km the chance is so slim for balloting. Thus I decided not to let my heart pound so hard and register for PEPS which is just opp my mum’s house.

May I ask how is your niece faring there ? My colleague whose gal is a P2 there, feedback the form teacher very lax as compared to her son’s teacher in FuHua. Hmmm…

                    Hi Jaz1612,

My gal going to PEPS in 2016. I choose the school because it is within walking distance 😂 Also after attending the open house, they emphasize on inclusive spirit and has opportunities for the students to interact with students from Eden School. I like that kind of exposure for my children.

My son is also going to PEPS next year as his brother is already there since 2013. We choose the school as the results in this school have been the best in BB area from what we understand. We’ve also seen significant progress in all subjects and his primary 2 results have pass the 90% mark. So far we are happy with his teachers and school activities, most important they’re very strong in character building and my son have learned a lot from this school. Well done PEPS !

                        Hi Jaz1612 & Wonder-ful,

Nice to meet both of you ! My gal is also starting her P1 in 2016. We just attended P1 orientation last Friday and got to know her class teacher. Her FT looks gentle so I am praying she can manage my active girl. My girl is in 1C what about your kids ?

                        Wonder-ful,

Glad to have feedback from you that the school is strong in character building. May I know which class is your son currently in and under which teacher ?

I also realised they don’t use text book for English and purely worksheets. In your opinion, how is the standard of the worksheets compare to other schools ?
