A good way of building up your stamina is to find a hill to run up. It need not be a very big hill as long as it’s fairly steep. Try and run up it as fast as you can and then either jog or walk down it. Build up the amount of times you do this and eventually you’ll find that running on a flat surface becomes a lot easier and you can go further.

        What’s studing?

Stamina can usually be increased by carrying out cardiovascular exercises. Personally I swim to improve stamina as I dislike running. However, if it is to improve stamina for running, swimming can be a little less efficient and slower to show results than actually practising running. So it depends on the kind of sports.

Agree with the post above. Jogging is indeed faster to gain stamina. Swimming have to be done long term, regularly. Some sports like soccer, which involves running, is good. Taekwondo can help too. If you would like to pick up swimming, I can help you find an instructor 🙂

For stamina you should also start, endurance exercises. Start running, for 35 minutes at a stretch. Even jogging would do given you don’t stop. So weight, start including a lot of protein in your diet. Taking fat, and burning it with running won’t help but protein would help you build body muscles.

Run to improve stamina. Free sport, just put on jogging shoes and jog or run. I used to be a cross country runner. Running more frequently will improve stamina. Nowadays, my engine is on slow mode, different from the past.
