ALPS already oversubscribed as of 5pm, inclusive of online registration ..
SC <1km : 110
SC 1-2km : 35
(Total vacancies for P2C is only 132)
Zhangde only provide on-site figure.. No wonder it sounds so optimistic.. They told me there are only 48 SC <1km registered.. When I asked abt online figure.. They told me to check the sch website.. I put down the phone and checked the sch website.. Nothing abt p1 registration loh.. :scratchhead: -

APS 127 SC within 1km by lunch time today. not sure about now.

Those ALPS 1-2KM should seriously consider withdrawing. Register at another school with a high chance at phase 2C. It is likely that those SC <1km will have to ballot.
