Yes, PR children can also study at Henry Park primary.

E.g.

If there are currently PR children studying inside Henry Park primary or any local school in Sg, their siblings can also be enrolled, under Phase 1.

(Phase 1 to Phase 2C Supplementary) -
are also applicable to PR kids, besides SC kids.

However, Under Phase 2C -
SC children often ballot, under less than 1 km. As such, PR no chance, under Phase 2C.

hihi i usually reach school before 6.50am when there is little traffic. around 7am the traffic gets crazy esp just before assembly 7.20am so try to come early if you don't want to get stuck in a long line of cars
